Rejected petition Out side St Michael C E Primary School Make it a 20mph zone during busy hours.

Out side St Michael C E Primary School on Leigh Rd, Howe Bridge, Atherton. There has been a lot of very near misses involving children during school hours. So I propose that during school hours this part of the road is set to 20 MPH to slow the traffic down so it's more safe for pedestrians.
