Petition Remove the 20% VAT that owners of sick pets are forced to pay.

I am a pet owner and live on a small income. My dog has helped me in lots of ways helped me through some tough times. I find 20% VAT on vet operations a rip off by this government for many pet owners and also many of those who are on small pensions.
