Rejected petition Make sure the RSS Boaty McBoatface is the name of the new polar research vessel

The British public were asked to vote, and while I love the name "RSS I Like Big Boats & I Cannot Lie", I think this is too frivolous, and we should concentrate on serious 'British' names like "Boaty McBoatface"
