Petition Make personal data protection more enforceable

More details

I would like to petition that people who receive phone calls from loan companies, telecommunication companies, etc, have often said no having their details passed on. This passing of data is already illegal bia teh Data Protection Act, but still goes on regardless.

I advocate:

1) Force companies that cold call to say who gave them the personal details.
2) That the original provider give compensation for passing on the details.
3) That this process by transparent and useable by the public.
