Rejected petition To change the smear screening age from 25 to the age of 16 when sex is legal

Too many people below the age of 25 are being diagnosed with either a CIN diagnosis or cervical cancer. I myself at the age of 19 was diagnosed with CIN 3 after being put forward for a smear test while having a routine check up. If you can legally have sex at 16 you should Be able to have the test !
