Petition Stop MECCG capping Continuing Health Care in a domicile setting to save money.
MECCG Cap Continuing Healthcare in a domicile setting 10% over the cost of providing the same care in a nursing-home. Terminally ill people, who want to die at home, may be forced into nursing-homes against their will or placed in a position where lack of care puts them at risk of neglect.
