Closed Park Home residents should have the legal right to install water sub-meters.

All homes on our park pay an equal amount. There are single and double occupied homes. Many residents spend weeks or months away from their homes for different reasons, holidays, hospital stays etc. Water leakage from the one meter on the park to the homes is included in the total bill.
