Petition Make it illegal for schools to lock toilets during lesson times and break times

My daughters and other children at school are forced to wait up to 20 minutes for someone to come and unlock the school toilets - this is not right. There are children with bladder difficulties and girls who need toilet access. Do you think it's appropriate to have them locked? I certainly do not.
