Rejected petition Dyslexic children should be entitled to free prescription coloured lenses.

My daughter has been diagnosed dyslexic and the coloured lenses prescribed help her reading immensely. The test and the glasses are very expensive though, fortunately we can afford them, how many children suffer but their families can't afford the test and the lenses?
Can't we help them?
