Closed Funding for youth clubs in poorer constituencies to help lessen crime rates.

I believe more youth clubs and projects will allow young people to learn new and important skills, develop compulsory social skills and tolerance and most importantly decrease crime rates in poorer constituencies by keeping kids/ teenagers active and off the streets.
