Easyjet's Customer Service appears to repeatedly mislead / ignore / dither / fail to reply to customers with valid grievances, with complete impunity due to inaction from the Civil Aviation Service.

The impunity with which Easyjet has dismissed our complaints and repeatedly lied was something we could never have imagined possible in this day and age.
We also found the inaction of the regulator, the Civil Aviation Authority, even more shocking, and most likely to be very reason why this airline feels it can treat its customers in this way.
