House Association can't produce real motivations and explain the increase of Service Charge they managing.
H.A.'s decide unilaterally without involving resident in any decision. For this reason the amount of S.C. asked is not justified and unfair against the tenants which we are not rich.

1) Resident don't get involved in any decisions.
2) Enormous increase (double) in less than 5 years? How is it possible? Nothing increased that much services/salaries.

4) The property has a number of anomalies some of these are dangerous or create logistical inconvenience to residents
5) competent action against the cooperative to verify why those houses built with public money, a year after its construction they appear with serious defects.
