The present system of 'free' bus passes is discriminatory. What about elderly people who have managed to retain ownership of vehicle? Why are they discriminated against?
Required. That HM Government evolve a system whereby elderly, e.g. over 60, vehicle owners can receive comparable reductions/benefits to those available for 'free' bus pass holders.
