Rejected petition Make ex Greenock High School out of town shopping and entertainment complex

The Ex Greenock High School site was originally earmarked for a women's prison, why don't you utilise this area for Entertainment like XScape in Braehead with restaurants, shops, ten pin bowling and cinema creating jobs, keeping money in the local area and having something for cruise ships to visit
