Rejected petition Goverment to make it law all assessments on behalf of the DWP must be recorded

Due to the amount of medical assessments being declined and then overturned by the tribunal that are being carried out on behalf of the DWP,If they are all recorded there can be no mistakes made as to what was said by the claiment or dr/nurse and in the long run this will save tax payers money
