Two years ago the government voted to allow police to investigate All matters internally.

Instead of putting all cases, of police assualts against civilians or common law breaches, straight to the CPS,

They now get a chance to cover up the matter or potentially 'falsify' the evidence.

The current police complaints system, is currently full of potential:

1. Corruption.

2. Conflict of interest - of the investigators knowing the person or persons that they are investigating.

3. Power or knowledge to potentially contaminate the incidence.

4. Potential or knowledge of how to falsify the evidence and manipulate the witness's:

A. By only asking the right question or by
misleading the witness into saying the right
answer, to allow the true police criminal to walk.
