Closed Change the law so a Hit and Run driver must serve a life sentence.

Off late there has be a number of Hit and Run Road Traffic incidents where on conviction the vehicle driver was only given a period in prison that in no way reflects the callousness of the crime and the devastating effect this type of crime has on the victims family.
