Closed Abolish the 2 year retake of the CBT.

Every two years I, as many other "L" riders, have to fork out another £90 to retake my compulsory bike test. I have no need to apply for my full larger engine test due to my short commute (a full 15 miles a day). I do not know of any other vehicle licences that need to have a two year "refresher".
