Rejected petition Re-open the road at the back of little Asda in Carlisle to ease congestion.

Since the road layout at the entrance to St Nicholas retail park was altered and the road at the rear onto St Nicholas Bridges was closed there has been an increase in traffic to the surrounding area.Traffic leaving or entering the retail park from currock way is forced all the way around the system
