Rejected petition Prison sentences for those who abuse animals including teens in young offenders

Animals do not have voice to speak out about being abused. Poor defenceless animals are abused and the law does nothing to stop this. The sick individuals who do this go unpunished. How can we allow this to happen? There must be justice for those without a voice.
