Rejected petition An Unbiased Investigation into Conservatives Election Expenses 2016
The Conservatives 2016 election expenses are being investigated by 8 UK police forces including Devon & Cornwall Police, whose newly elected Police & Crime Commissioner will be one of those investigated for her part in the election. We ask for the investigation to be passed to an unbiased force.
More details
As covered on this Channel 4 news feature http://youtu.be/eQDStoCwVfA Alison Hernandez, Devon & Cornwalls new Police & Crime Commissioner is at the centre of investigations into whether election fraud was commuted by the Conservatives.
We ask that due to the obvious conflict of interests that the investigation is passed to another police force to ensure a fair, unbiased investigation and that Ms Hernandez be either suspended or have her start date delayed until a conclusion is reached.
