Rejected petition Prison sentences should be well considered not political folly!!

The Sentences being handed out should be well considered 4yrs is too much for comments on facebook, its creating hardened criminals!!! Prisons seldom reform criminals they rather oft harden them!! Mothers being sent away for months on end for recieving stolen goods, are we creating precedence for sending people away for longer sentences when politicians deem the public is incensed?! I personally believed the Judiciary was seperate from the Political process yet the politicians are sayin jump and the judiciary is clamouring how high! Justice should be served not vengeance! The |Judiciary should be independent for politic!
