Petition Overseas Aid should be a voluntary opt in contribution collected via HMRC.

It is funded via my taxes and much of it is being fraudulently used by corrupt regimes such as those Mr Cameron named. The people of this country have the right to expect its elected representatives to spend taxes on their needs particularly on defence of the realm.
