Rejected petition Scrap Health Insurance Surcharge for people already working and living in the UK

I have been living and work in the UK since 2002 and have 2 British children. I find it unfair to be ask to pay for HIS while I already been paying taxes and National Insurance.i understand it is faire for people coming to live in the UK but not for us already living and working here.

Been living and working in the UK for over 10 years paying taxes and NI. This is unfair charges and think it should only applies on people coming to leave here.
