Rejected petition school holidays 1 week grace in school term to take affordable holiday

Parents being fined for taking children out school I understand but a grace of 1 weeks holiday in school term should be allowed as long as notice is given. Holiday company's extort this issue and prices are near double family's of 4 persons pay shocking amounts to let there children have a holiday
