This petition was rejected
Why was this petition rejected?
It’s not clear what the petition is asking the UK Government or Parliament to do.
We're not sure what action you would like the Government or Parliament to take. By law, all state (not private) schools must have a behaviour policy in place that includes measures to prevent all forms of bullying among pupils. You can find out more about this here:
https://www.gov.uk/bullying-at-school/the-law
It is therefore already mandatory for schools to have a bullying policy.
We only reject petitions that don’t meet the petition standards.
