I ask the goverment to set up a new police complaints dept clearly the ipcc is not a independent body as they say, and the police standards, file complaints in the bin because they always say they havan't recieve letters of complaint from solicitors.
but even the IPCC have stated that the police are out of control. the police are not as they believe above the law
