Home working is the magic bullet that could solve numerous problems in one. Though it is a current reality for many, home working must be incentivised to drive participation and adoption.

Home working delivers:

- enormous reduction in individual and institutional carbon footprint
- Increased time employees have with families, loved ones and friends
- eliminates financial costs of commuting to Reduces traffic on UK's roads by up to 40-50%
- Ditto for public transport

I propose:

- direct monthly tax break for employees, pro rata'd by number of non-commuting days (reportedly employer)
- tax break for companies to drive adoption
- subsidisation of setup costs
