Petition DVLA to create a driving test specific to the geared scooter at 210cc limit

Scooterists are having to learn on large powered motorcycles in order to access an additional 85cc only. Not only is the training irrelevant, but subjects the rider to risks outside those which he chose to engage to road on a scooter. Training should be relevant to the end purpose.
