Petition Products with lithium batteries to have a child-safe fastening and quantum coat

Rising incidence of 'button batteries' containing lithium manganese cause serious/fatal injuries in children. There are 3,000 ingestions of these batteries p.a. and 48 deaths. The NHS recently issued a public announcement re dangers, following 5 serious injuries and 1 fatality in NW England alone.
