Rejected petition Community Service

More details

For all those in receipt of unemployment benefit they should be enlisted into a local community service programme. The programme should require those persons to report for work each day for a set amount of hours. The work should benefit the local community that they live in.That could be for eg help in care homes, local hospitals, schools, colleges, local council work etc.
This hopefully will give those persons purpose each day and may lead to furure employment.
