Gamaniel Josh Pensee is a 27 and soon to be father. He came to England with his mother aged 14 and believed he had permission to live here after his mother was granted indefinite leave to remain whilst he was still a child. It wasn’t until he tried to apply to University in his 20’s that he was made aware that his mother’s status had not automatically applied to him. After appointing a lawyer and adhering to bail conditions whilst he has sought to be granted the same status as his mother, he was suddenly detained on 13th April 2016. He was soon after issued with a notice of intention for his deportation
