Petition Fair sentencing for MP expense fraudsters and for rioters

I don't condone any of it but how can it be fair to jail MP's who have fiddled £'000's on their expenses over many months or years for less time than many rioters are getting for spur of the moment first offences.
I petition that the sentencing in both of these cases should be tough, but that it must also be fair when compared across the spectrum of crimes.
