Closed Every 10 years voting right to residents to stay or leave housing association

Residents & tenants who live under housing association, must be given statutory voting right every 10 years. Either they want to stay or leave current housing association. Residents being harass most, is by housing association. Urge to government to give statutory right to those vulnerable people.
