Rejected petition Have children/parents reviewed regularly to prevent death of children from abuse

I am constantly reading news stories of children dying daily due to neglect abuse and parents who are drug users and harm their children. THIS NEEDS TO STOP. If parents were drug tested and home lives reviewed regularly this could be prevented.
