Closed Tougher Prison Regime For Violent Criminals

That there should be created a tougher perhaps island based prison regime with no luxuries and hard manual labour for.those who commit crimes of violence.

The prisoner not to be permanently housed there but the first three montths of any sentence to be spent there. In addition if problems are experienced with the offender in the general prison population they may be sent back for other three month blocks as required.
