Petition Reduce planning restrictions when converting derelict land into amenity space
I am 77 year old passionate gardener trying to rescue derelict land. It had lots of non-native invasive weeds. I have transformed the space into a haven for wildlife. Salford council have taken over a year to grant permission, costing me 6k on surveys and fees. This should be quicker and cheaper.
