Rejected petition Stop uber using taxi drivers from other cities/town to come and work in Cardiff.

Uber taxi are flooding the city of Cardiff with taxi drivers from other cities and towns outside of Cardiff. These other drivers have not done the knowledge test of Cardiff City, or the btec course on health and safety. It's going to put the public at risk.
