Petition Put a cap on how many clients carers/nurses can supply care to in healthcare.

In nurseries there is a ratio of 1 nursery nurse per 3 children depending on age. I want the same for the elderly. 1 carer for 4 clients needing care. 1 nurse for 5 clients. This obviously is just an estimate, it depends on other factors and should be looked into.
