Petition Lower the cost or remove the cost of PRS & PPL Licensing

Many people over the years has been paying mega amount for a piece of paper that will allow you to create an online radio station. The costs per year vary from £545 - £2000. Myself and others think it should be removed in general. Let young people run a station without the fear of getting a fine!
