Rejected petition allocate an area in each town with a large bike scene to blow off steam

an increasing number of people are choosing to ride motorcycles, more and more accidents are happening due to dangerous riding so providing an area where bikes can have some fun in a safe environment and not have to face the consequences. this i think will lower traffic offences at the same time.
