After watching a news article about Spithoods being used on people in Pokice Custody, I was incensed at the thought of such barbaric items being used in 21st Britain. It upset me so much that i felt the need to start this petition to get them banned altogether. Just the thought of them made me ill

These could cause a fatality in some cases especially where people suffer from claustraphobia it coukd cause asthma patients to struggle to breath and the list goes on
