Petition This government to urgently strengthen the defence of our coastline

It is a disgrace that the UK has only 3 naval vessels to patrol over 7000 miles of coastline whilst countries like the Netherlands has 16 vessels and Italy has 600. Recent events have highlighted acts of gunrunning and people traffickers landing on remote beaches and marinas.
