Rejected petition Give all childen at the age of 2 free childcare regardless of parents background

I have got two children under the age of 2 and we are over the threshold but like many parents am unable to afford child care or nursery. We are both working parents paying our taxes which goes towards paying for some of the funded places. Working parents need help as well.
