Please clarify the law for Agricultural tractors pulling trailers full of fresh grass clippings.

They often travel at slow speeds ( 20 mph) with no registration plates on the trailers. The trailers often do not have fully operational lights or indicators.

Please ask the police and other agencies to stop and check the lights and brakes of these units.

Please ban these grass carrying trailers from "A" class roads.
