WHY DO THE CSA THINK THEY CAN TAKE MONEY FROM THE NRP'S NEW PARTNERS CHILD TAX CREDITS AND USE THEM IN THE MAINTENANCE ASSESSMENT FOR THE PARENT WITH CARES CHILDREN WHEN THEY GET A PAYOUT OF CHILDREN TAX CREDITS ANYWAY! STOP THE CSA STEALING MONEY FROM YOUR CHILDREN TO GIVE TO OTHER CHILDREN.
