Rejected petition Make it Illegal to smoke if you take care of a child

So many children are victims of second hand smoke given they are not able to do anything about it they are involuntarily inhaling second hand smoke even if a parent has smoked away from the child they will always drag smoke to the child from their clothes or other methods.
