Bring back youth clubs where young people can meet and discuss issues with adult backup. Where they can meet and play, as I did when young, available in every town and village. Discos,pool, fashion advice,whatever the issues of the day and duke of Endiburgh award or similar. Skills that help in future life and somewhere to go off the streets and out of trouble.With trained people to help but where volunteers do not have lots of stupid rescriptions
