Endometriosis is where tissue that resembles the Endometrium (Lining of the Uterus) is found in areas of the body outside the uterus. This misplaced tissue builds up and bleeds every month just as it does in the uterus but the blood can't escape.

Better Diagnostic and treatment options

Northern Irish Based Research Into Endometriosis causes and treatments

Public campaign to Employers, the general public and health care professionals to raise awareness about this condition

Policians to fight for Women with Endometriosis - a Petition signed a number of years ago and the only Northern Ireland politician to have signed it wa IRIS ROBINSON - WHY WAS SHE THE ONLY POLITICIAN TO HAVE SIGNED THIS PETITION.
