Rejected petition Allow London to vote to secede from the UK and remain a member of the EU

The UK has just voted to leave the EU. Scotland and London have almost exclusively voted to remain part of the European Union. A second Scottish referendum vote is expected, and this petition asks that London also be given a say on its future.
